Codynet is maintained by one operator. Email is the best way to reach us: networkutility@codynet.com.
What to send
The most useful messages fall into one of these buckets:
- Bug report — something is broken or returning the wrong result. Include the input you used and what you saw.
- Tool inaccuracy — the result disagrees with `dig`, `nslookup`, an authoritative source, or your own infrastructure. We want to know.
- Feature request — a tool, record type, or quality-of-life improvement you’d like to see.
- Content correction — an error or unclear explanation in a guide or tool description.
- Press, partnership, or general feedback — happy to hear from anyone in the network and DNS community.
Reporting a security issue
For suspected vulnerabilities — SSRF, prototype pollution, header injection, authentication issues, anything that could affect users or our infrastructure — email networkutility@codynet.com with “security” in the subject line. Please give us a reasonable window to triage and fix before public disclosure.
Response time
Codynet is a side project, not a 24/7 service desk. We typically reply within a few business days. Security reports and clear reproductions are prioritized over general feedback.
